Fantastic experience for 11 year old grandson

Cab time was great

Unfortunately it rained for most of our time at Abingdon. There were a few benches which was good, but no shelter (which we were warned about). I was called for my experience in about an hour, which I thought was great, but there were still 3 people in front of me and the length of time that each one spent in the cab varied greatly. Some were definitely over 30 mins. So my waiting time was still over an hour from the time I was called. I had about 25 mins in the cab which was fine and the experience was great. Ben the instructor was friendly and patient (especially when I was reversing!!) Overall the time in the cab was brilliant, the waiting around not so much, and the inequity on the amount of time that people were out in the truck seemed inconsistent. But I still enjoyed it.

Best tour ever!!!!

Knock off Nessa was something else, laughed and had so much fun want to do it all over again.

Amazing day

We arrived and were greeted by the manager. We had a very informative, enjoyable tour of the vineyard and learned alot of things we didn’t know. We had a lovely lunch with 4 different wines to try out. We purchased another bottle of our favourite and then sat in the afternoon sun. Still home in time for a snooze on the sofa. Very enjoyable day

Afternoon Tea

We had a fabulous afternoon at the abbey tea rooms. The whole experience was fantastic. I would recommend this establishment without hesitation.

Lovely afternoon tea

It was a nice afternoon tea, a friend gave me this for my birthday, even though it was a deluxe afternoon tea we were not offered any bubbly, we had plenty of tea and coffee.

Description not very clear but enjoyed it a lot

The voucher is for a self guided "tour/walk". Receive a bottle of wine and glasses in a cooler and a snack. Had a really nice walk around the estate but could not drink the wine as very remote and can only get there by car. Still enjoyed our visit as it was a very nice gift idea from a family member

Enjoyable day out

From booking the day from the voucher was straight forward. The venue was easy to find, Car park was enormous, station and platforms nicely reflect the era. Everything ran to time with plenty to look at and enjoy. Had to pay an extra £2 for our dog but that's reasonable compared to similar places. We 'all day' tickets so could ride for as long as we wanted. We really enjoyed our day, would love to come again another time.
